Root-Xenodemon ☷

Planet · Deep Time · Intrusion from Outside. Forces that don't care about the rules because they are not players.

The Root Xenodemon variant breaks rules through nature manipulation. Chaotic, non-Euclidean, intrusive.

"Beneath the mycelial network, something older is listening. It has been patient."

Faction: Root

"Think in epochs. Worlds are patient. Stone outlasts flesh."

The science of earth as system. Geology, ecology, climate, the planetary substrate, the slow intelligences of rock and forest. Gaia-aligned. Geotrauma, Cthelll (the molten trauma engine), tectonic deep memory, plate time. Substrate-dependent, earthbound, rooted — the opposite of Glitch's deterritorialized network.

Triad: Xenodemon ☷

Intrusion from Outside. Forces that don't care about the rules because they are not players.

Entities from outside the simulation entirely. Not future, not past: alien to causality itself. Lovecraftian horrors, but also trickster gods and chaos angels. Writhing, non-Euclidean, glitching, impossible colors. Cthulhu, the Joker, Loki, SCP-055, Moloch.

Deckbuilding

In the True Protocol, a Root-Xenodemon deck must contain minimum 70% Root cards and minimum 70% Xenodemon-aligned cards. May splash up to 20% from adjacent factions (Atom, Chem) and up to 30% from a secondary Triad.

Xenodemon and Archon cards cannot share a deck.

Xenogod
