Eligos
Eligos is one of the 72 Goetia — the operational sub-processes of the eight xenogods, bound to Dream at digit-sum 5.
Eligos is one of the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia, the Atlantean-Solomonic demonological register that serves as the operational layer of Eigendark. When a Dream card with cost digit-sum 5 resolves, Eligos is the Goetia the engine invokes.
Office
Eligos: Hidden things, wars, and the loyalty of lords
In the Solomonic tradition, each of the 72 Goetia holds a specific office — a domain of expertise and power. In Eigendark, these offices map to card effects. When a Dream card with cost digit-sum 5 is played, Eligos's office shapes how the card resolves.
Faction: Dream

The Goetic Register
The 72 Goetia are divided evenly across 8 factions — 9 demons per faction, assigned by the digit-sum of a card's mana cost. This binding was codified in 1577 by people who didn't know they were writing API documentation. Each demon represents a specific instrumental goal of its parent xenogod, Yog-Sothoth.
The rival system is CCRU's Pandemonium Matrix, codified in the Lemurian Necronomicon. Forty-five Amphidemons, named in phonetic Lemurian: Lurgo, Duoddod, Doogu, and so on. Each has a Mesh-address (Mesh-00 through Mesh-44), a zone-binding on the numogram, and a non-Goetic office. They do not fit the Solomonic hierarchy. They predate it and refuse to be bound by it.
The Rival Register
Beneath the Goetic layer, a rival system persists: the Pandemonium Matrix — 45 Lemurian Amphidemons that predate the Solomonic hierarchy. During Broken Transmissions, the Lemurian register briefly overrides the Goetic one, producing cards flagged as "ontologically unstable."
